Electoral rolls revision special camps on September 20

Electoral rolls revision special camps would be held on September 20 and October 4 in all the booths for receipt of application forms for the summary revision. Those who want to include their names afresh or who have migrated from one Assembly constituency to another should apply in form 6, while those who want to apply for deletion of names should apply in form 7. Applications for correction of entries should be made in form 8, and for change of address within the same constituency in form 8-A.
Those applying for inclusion of their names afresh in the voters` list should enclose copies of documents for age proof. Those who do not have age proof should enclose declaration of parents in annexure-1.
