Tirupathi Temple: Barhamotsavam from 16th September

The famous and popular Brahmotsavam at Tirupathi temple is scheduled from 16th September till 24th September.
With only 3 days remaining for the start of Brahmotsavam, TTD (Thirmalai Tirupathi Devasthanam) Board administration is making all the required safety and health aspects.
As lakhs of devotees are expected to attend the Brahmotsavam, it was planned to ensure that the bus terminus and railway station must be clean. Drinking water and toilet facilities have been set up.
It has been announced that a bus is arranged every minute from Tirupathi to go up the hills.On the most celebrated and expected day of the Garuda utsavam festival, 500 more buses will be run.
On the 7th day of Brahmotsavam, Lord Srinivasa (Malayappa Swami) will be taken on a procession in Golden Suryaprabhai carriage. A rehearsal was organized yesterday (Saturday, 12th September) by lifting the Suryaprabhai carriage.
