Special revival camps for LIC policies which have lapsed

Zonal Manager T Sitharthan while speaking on the 59th anniversary at their The Southern Zone of Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) headquarters on Anna Salai said that From September 1 to October 31, LIC has also set up special revival camps for those whose policies have lapsed. Policies whose date of lapse is less than 5 years can be renewed at these camps.
Two of those as indicated by T Sitharthan were LIC�s Jeevan Tarun and New Endowment Plus. LIC continues to be the market leader despite the entry of private insurers for over a decade now with a market share of 69.21 percent in premium income and 77.85 percent in the number of policies.
