More parks for Tambaram

It seems that the Tambaram municipality is taking lots of interests in setting up new parks and also improving the old parks. This is a great boon to everyone especially children. Very soon the Tambaram municipality will be floating tenders this month to improve a few more parks.
As part of the Independence Day celebrations, the municipality has opened two new parks at Andal Nagar, Sundaram Colony, East Tambaram and in Karpagam Nagar in ward 21.
Estimates have been prepared to give a facelift to Tiruppur Kumaran Park in Saliyur at a cost of Rs. 15 lakh.
