TTD (Tirupathi) decides to deposit 1 Ton Gold in bank!!

Thirulmalai � Tirupathi Devsthanam Board (TTD) has decided to deposit 1 Ton gold in the bank from the temples under its control.
An event of receiving grievances of devotees through phone calls was organised.
TTD CEO Mr. Sambasiva Rao participated and listened to the grievance calls from devotees.
He talked to the press reports after the event.
He informed that in all the newly constructed temples will introduce the scheme to offer small statues free to backward people and at 75% subsidy to other groups.
TTD CEO informed that a decision has been taken to melt 1 ton of gold from the large quantities of excess golden jewellery items in all temples under TTD administration.
