Release of Windows 10: Some points to note before upgrading

Microsoft`s latest version Windows 10 was released after huge and eager expectations from the public on 29th June, 2015.
People using Personal computers like desktop, laptop, and tablets can download Windows 10 and upgrade free of cost.
Windows 10 version for Mobile phones is expected to be released shortly.
A research company, `The Verge`, analysing the latest version of Windows has reported that though a lot of new features have been added, the version Windows 10 still has some limitations.
Hence, it is better for the persons interested in upgrading to the latest version to know more about these limitations.
Please note that while upgrading to Windows 10, users may likely lose some software available with the old version.
Some more drawbacks:
� Windows Media Center is removed.
� The card game Hearts will be removed.
� Windows 7`s desktop gadgets will be removed.
� Those who still use floppy discs will have to install new drivers while upgrading to Windows 10.
� Separate playback software will be required for watching DVD`s.
Though Windows 10 contains lots of special features, there are some shortcomings as well. Experts observe that this is likely to disappoint Windows users.
Hence, users better take precaution to take a copy of all the existing software in a separate device before deciding to upgrade with Windows 10.
