27 assistant directors in Rajinikanth- Shankar film

The shooting of the film which will have Rajinikanth in the lead role is yet to commence. The film is to be directed by Ranjith. In spite of this, the works connected with Rajinikanth- Shankars film is going on in rapid pace. At a time when selection for the cast and crew is going on, the scouting for locations have commenced.
The first schedule shooting of the film is likely to place take in Chennai. Locations are being selected in and around Chennai. This will be first high budgeted film in the history of Tamil cinema. There is also a new thing in this film which was never in the history of Indian cinema.
Shankar has selected 27 assistant directors. Similarly he has also selected 10 production managers. This is the first time a film has so many assistant directors and managers. Since the shooting of the film will be taking for three years, so many precautionary measures have been taken.
