WhatsApp update in beta for Android users

WhatsApp has released yet another update for its Android users. The 2.12.194 beta version now helps customise notification updates on the app.
It now has a Mute option in the new version. The user has the option of muting a conversation for 8 months, 1 week or 1 year. This is said to help differentiate between important and urgent message from the unwanted ones.
Another new tool is the option to mark read messages as unread. This protects the user�s privacy. This works as the complete opposite of the �double blue tick� that showed if the receiver had read the message or not.
Speculation on low data usage calls was rife recently. The rumours are still going around although WhatsApp has not yet confirmed the same.
