Poet Salma has been selected for Vairamuthu�s Kavingargal Thirunaal Award

This year the Kavingargal Thirunaal will go to Poet Salma. Poet Vairamuthu will present the cash award and memento. Every year on 13th July (Vairamuthu�s birthday), Vetri Tamizhar Peravai is celebrating the Kavingargal Thirunaal. This year, this function is held in Chennai Kodambakkam Ponmani Maligai at 6 pm on 12th July.
Retired Gujarat High Court Chief Justice P R Gokulakrishnan will be the chief guest. Writers Shiva Shankari, Marabin Maindan. M. Muthaiah, Malaysia writer P Rajendaran, Eelam writer Kallaaru Satish and Kabilan Vairamuthu will participate in this function.
