Cardio exercises at home

Don�t have time to hit the gym? Don�t have equipment at home? Here are some cardio exercises that you can do at home, without equipment.
- 10 minute workout
- March in place for 1 minute, lifting knees high and swinging your arms
- Run in place for 1 minute with high knees
- Do slow and controlled plyo-jacks for 1 minute (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16ABjmXplb0)
- Now do regular jumping jacks for 1 minute (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpH7rm0cYbM)
- March in place for 1 minute
- Do ice breakers for 1 minute (pretend you are breaking ice. Jump from a low squat and land softly so that your knees don�t get harmed)
- Do mountain climbers for 1 minute (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI8u58hPam4)
- Run in place for 1 minute with high knees
- March in place for 1 minute
