How determined am I?
Don`t give up when the going gets tough. If you want to lose those extra kgs, you will meet a roadblock. The key is to follow through. Slow down your pace, take your time but keep at it.
Did I put it away?
The No. 1 reason for not getting things done is procrastination. Ill clean up after I go shopping or Ill study after watching this episode of the serial are common promises. Finish the task at hand and go shopping or watch tv as a reward instead.
Did I have a plan?
Have a strategy. Sit down, think about what you want to get done and make a doable plan. Keep working on the plan and don`t deviate.
Have I been focused?
Do not get distracted. Use your will power and keep at the task till it gets done.
