Tatkal Scheme timings revised from 15.06.2015 onwards

At present the booking under Tatkal Scheme open at 10.00 hrs. o�n the previous day of journey from train originating station. From 15.06.2015 o�nwards timings for booking under Tatkal scheme will be revised. As per the revised timings the Tatkal booking for AC classes will open at 10.00 hrs. o�n the previous day of journey from train originating stations and for non-AC classes 11.00 hrs. o�n the previous day of journey from train originating stations.
All types of ticket booking agents (Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra-YTSK, Rail Travellers Service Agents-RTSAs, IRCTC agents etc.,) will be debarred from booking tickets during the first 30 minutes of opening of advance reservation booking i.e. from 08.00 hrs. to 08.30 hrs for General bookings, from 10.00 hrs. to 10.30 hrs. and from 11.00 hrs. to 11.30 hrs. for Tatkal bookings in AC classes non-AC classes respectively.
