Central government plan: A separate court for commercial/trading cases in Tamil Nadu!

Lots of cases have been pending concerning industrial establishments which have invested huge sums in commerce & trading.
Central government has decided to take action to bring these cases to a close.
In this category, a special court is being set up to enquire about cases involving more than Rs. 1 Crore in district courts.
The court in Tamil Nadu is proposed to be located in Chennai.
Central government has further recommended that a separate section should be formed to conduct enquiries on all commerce & trading related cases in each High Court.
Chief Justice of High Court will decide on the number of judges appointed to enquire these cases. The cases are supposed to be completed within 6 months.
The details of the enquiry will be released on the High Court�s website.
These points are mentioned in the draft proposed by the central government.
