Until now, CMDA has permitted the construction of buildings only up to a height of 15.25 metres.
Only hospital constructions were permitted up to a height of 17 metres.
In this juncture, as per the recommendations of (Confederation of Real Estate Developer`s Association, CMDA has decided to permit construction of new special buildings and development buildings including hospitals up to a height of 17 metres.
It is noteworthy that this decision was taken by CMDA after consultations with fire-fighting experts.
This decision taken by CMDA is welcomed the Chairman of CREDAI, T. Chittibabu.
He expressed that this will facilitate the multi-storey builders and hence will pave the way of more multi-storeyed houses to be available.
