Overheating temperature in Chennai scarcity of water

Although, there have been some monsoon showers in Chennai and others parts of Tamil Nadu, there seems to be a scarcity of water. Till now, the water has been channelled through Kandaleru Dam of Krishna water. However, due to excess heat and temperature, the water reservoirs at Poondi, Puzhal, Chozhavaram, Veeraanam, Chembarabakkam are scarcely found with water sources. This indeed has left the chief personnel in water management system of handling this water crisis management for this season now.
