Unclaimed Box Creates Scare at Chennai Airport

An unclaimed box found in the Meenambakkam international airport on today morning created a scare, official sources said.
After scanning the box with metal detector, CISF personnel opened it only to find some pomogranate fruits. It was suspected that some passenger could have left it behind.
Bomb disposal duty had been handed over to CISF by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) from today, the sources added.
