No need to press 0 or +91 to make STD calls!

All leading cell-phone service providers have introduced a change � no need to press �0� or �+91� - while making STD calls.
The facility known as mobile number portability to change the mobile operator without changing the phone number could be used only within a certain territory.
For example, a mobile phone taken to Delhi from Chennai cannot be used there to avail portability.
The reason was the requirement to press �0� or �+91� was to be pressed before dialling the number.
Hence TRAI ordered the mobile service providers to remove this block before July.
Now, leading mobile service providers like Airtel, Vodafone, and MTNL have introduced the facility with no need to press �0� or �+91� while calling on STD mode.
Other mobile service providers are expected to make this change before end July.
