Juices for quenching severe summer thirst!

�         Mix double quantity of sugar with the taken quantity of lemon juice. Fill it on the ice tray and keep in the freezer section of the refrigerator. Whenever required, take 2 frozen juice cubes and put in a glass of water, mix & take the juice.

�         When giving lime juice or sweet lime juice to children, add a pinch of salt & pepper powder. This will prevent cold.

�         Seasoning with aniseed (�omam� in Tamil) instead of mustard wills gives a different flavour. It will also improve digestion.

�         Take 2 spoons of jam. Mix it with a little quantity of milk. Whip this in whipper or a Mixie. Then add required quantity of milk and sugar and whip for some more time. Tasty milkshake is ready! Children will relish it!

�         Buy watermelon (available in large quantities in summer season). Dressed and remove the skin. Add a few mint leaves, a small bit of ginger and some honey. Whip this in a mixie and a different tasty juice is ready! Again, children will relish this. This juice will prevent dehydration.
