RBI announcement for those dreaming about owning a house!

The Reserve Bank of India has made an announcement for the public who are ever dreaming about owning their oven house!
RBI has permitted to include the expenses related to registration, ownership sealing, etc in the total price of the house for all houses bought for a price under Rs. 10 Lakhs.
Presently, these expenses are not included in the price of the house.
While buying houses of low price, more than 15% of the expenses are incurred on registration, etc. RBI�s new order has eased this burden.
While buying a house worth Rs. 10 Lakhs, one will have to spend up to Rs. 3 Lakhs from his own efforts while taking a loan.
As per the new rules of RBI, this has now come down to Rs. 1.75 Lakhs.
Real Estate experts opine that more such initiatives are badly required to enable the poor people to realise their dreams of buying a house!
