As announced in the Railway Budget o�n 26.02.2015 by the Hon�ble Union Minister of Railways, customer helpline number 138 has been installed in all the Divisional �ommercial Controls of Southern Railway and made functional to handle all voice complaints relating to cleanliness, food & catering, coach maintenance, medical emergency, linen, etc.Travelling public are requested to make use of this facility to serve them better and efficiently.
