Cooking gas Subsidy reduced by Rs. 105/-!

Though the price of crude oil has been falling, the price of cooking gas has not reduced. On the other hand, only the subsidy for cooking has reduced by Rs. 105/-!
Indian Oil Corporation�s Regional Press Relations Senior Manager, Mr. V. Vetriselvakumar informed:
Earlier, the LPG cooking cylinder price was Rs. 705/-.This includes the subsidy.
Gas costs Rs. 410/- and the subsidy, Rs. 295/-.
Currently, the price of crude oil has been falling continuously in the international market. Consequently, the price of gas cylinders has also fallen. Currently, the price of LPG cooking gas cylinder including subsidy is Rs. 600/-. In this, gas price is Rs. 410/- and the subsidy, Rs. 190/-.
The price reduction for LPG cooking which was to be announced has now been taken in the subsidy. Thus, the price of the LPG cooking gas cylinder including subsidy has gone down from Rs. 705/- to Rs. 600/-.
