Metro Rail may be extended up to Tambaram
The State government will consider extension of the Metro Rail project up to Tambaram, Deputy Chief Minister M.K.Stalin said on Friday.
Revealing this at the inauguration of the 2,200-m long Pallavaram road-overbridge (ROB), built at a cost of Rs 55crore, Deputy Chief Minister M K Stalin said he would consider former Union minister T R Baalu`s request for the extension and would speak to Chief Minister Karunanidhi and top government officials.
