Bank of America expects RBI to reduce loan interest rates!

Bank of America has predicted that the Reserve Bank of India is likely to reduce the loan interest rates by 0.25%.

RBI�s target of reducing inflation to 6% is very likely to be achieved in the coming weeks. This may lead to RBI reducing interest rates.

The prospects are that inflation will be at 8% in 2015. It is likely to reduce to 6% in 2016.
