Candle light vigil in support of AIDS fight
Initiatives of HIVAIDS Net � IHN, a network of 210 NGOs, is planning a candle light vigil on Wednesday as a tribute to those who died of the deadly disease. NGO staff, core and vulnerable population and people infected with HIVAIDS will participate in the programme, which will be held in 21 districts across Tamil Nadu.
