V.S. Samapath hints on Srirangam by-election
V.S.Sampath, chief election commissioner, speaking to the press persons at Chennai airport said the date for by-election at Srirangam constituency may be announced by January 2015. He also added that there is enough time till March and hence the date will be announced by January. Furthermore, he hinted that color election ID cards will be distributed to new voters.
