Traffic changes in Kodambakkam!
In order to facilitate the completion of reconstruction of the Kodambakkam overbridge, certain traffic changes have been made.
The press release from the Police Department:
- Only 2-wheelers will be allowed in the section between Liberty Junction & Valluvar Kottam as surface finishing work is under progress.
- MTC buses and other heavy-duty vehicles can continue in the existing routes in practice.
- Buses operating from Valluvar Kottam to Koyambedu can go via Thirumalai Pillai Road and Viswanathapuram Main Road and reach Liberty junction.
- Vehicles operating in the section between North Usman Road and Vadapalani can go via Rangarajapuram overbridge and Liberty junction.
