Parthiban Vs Suriya on August 15

Parthiban�s KTVI was all set to hit the big screen on August 1, but got postponed owing to two other films, �Jigarthanda� and �Sarabham�. This in turn was because of the delayed release of �Jigarthanda� as �VIP� kept the audience engaged, and �Sathuranga Vettai� had a good number of audiences too.
Following this, Parthiban decided to release his movie on the eve of Vinayakar Chathurthi, the August 29. But, the movie might face a hit when it is scheduled for release by the month end because of two other movies awaiting release by the same time - Atharva�s �Irumbu Kuthirai� and Vijay Antony�s �Salim�.
Taking a slew, Parthiban has now eyed on releasing the movie earlier on Independence Day, the 15th August. If things go as per plans, KTVI may have to fight a battle with Suriya�s �Anjaan�. Interestingly, KTVI is a movie without the story at all.
