Chennai Meteorological Centre forecasts rain in Tamil Nadu

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has predicted more rains for Coimbatore and Nilgiris Districts.
The south west monsoon has become vigorous following the formation of a low pressure area over the Bay of Bengal and the presence of a system of upper air circulation that extends from Odisha to Tamil Nadu.
The low pressure area lies over North West Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of west central Bay of Bengal off the Odisha coast.
