Course on milk products on Wednesday
TNAU Information and Training Centre,U-30, 10th Street, Anna Nagar (Behind Jayagopal Garodia School), Chennai � 600 040 will conduct a one-day training programme on milk and milk products from 9.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m on Wednesday, July 30th, in its premises.
The course will cover preparation of milk products like guava, channa, paneer, rasagulla, rasamalai, baasanthi, sandesh, gulab jamun, kas kas burfi, malaai beda, and ice creams. The registration fees is Rs 400, inclusive of lunch. For confirmation of participation, 2626 3484 can be called.
