Tamil Nadu residents have started wondering whether a second summer has started!!
The summer has been quite severe and the temperatures and hot breeze prevail even after the end of �Agni Naskshatram�.
There was a light rain �in Chennai yesterday.
The meteorological centre has announced that there prospects of rains or rains with thunder in Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry.
