Central government employees to get bonus payments based on performance efficiency!

The new government under the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi is exploring the possibilities of introducing performance-based bonus payments for all central government employees and implementing the same.
The Central Government Welfare Officials will be explaining the modalities on the performance-based bonus payment to the Prime Minister.
If this proposal is approved by the minister, a detailed scheme will be prepared indicating the implementation criteria. A ready-reckoner has already been prepared during the previous government. This will be modified according to the Prime Minister�s suggestions and a new framework will be formed.
There are over 50,00,000 central government employees working across the country. Efforts must be taken by the central government employees� board to make them perform in the best manner for the overall benefit of the public.
If this scheme is implemented, the employees stand to benefit a higher salary based on their performance. The scheme may be implemented on individual basis or group basis.
