Handbook on cyber attacks released by Governor K Rosaiah

Governor K Rosaiah on Wednesday released �National Cyber Crime National Handbook. Published by the National Cyber Safety and Security Standards, it is aimed at informing people about cyber attacks. It includes chapters like cyber hacking, and e-mail security. The book is being distributed free to all state and central government departments.
