Southern Railway honors railway personnel and others who were involved in relief and rescue operations after the bomb blast

The Southern Railway on Monday honored sections of railway personnel and others in recognition of their valuable contribution in the relief and rescue operations immediately after the blasts with cash rewards. They included traffic, commercial, medical wings as also Railway Protection Force and Government Railway Police personnel and non-railway groups such as porters and battery car operators.
A minute�s silence was observed in memory of Swathi on Platform No 8.
