Telephone numbers have been announced for reporting any misconduct or offence during elections in Tamil Nadu.

Chennai Corporation Collector and State Election Offical, Mr. Vikram kapoor, has released instructions:

In order to conduct the elections for 3 parliamentary constituents in Chennai safely and peacefully without any disturbance, a complain cell has been formed in the Ripon Buildings to receive complaints regarding any crime/offence during election.
