The virus, known as �Adino�, creates the eye infection. This is produced in certain climatic conditions. Usually, eye infections spread around July. Now-a-days, it has become difficult to predict the period of eye-related diseases.
Presently, eye-infection is spreading in Chennai. The number of patients visiting private and public hospitals with eye infection is on the rise. There has been an extensive eye-infection cases recorded in Chennai over the last 10 years.
Senior Doctor from Chennai Egmore Eye Hospital informs that,
Eye infections spread in the air, in crowded places, created by �Adino�, a virus germ. This time, the disease is in a new form which can affect the corneas. Normally, eye infections get cured within 3-5 days. However, treatment must be taken. It is better to consult the doctor and use eye-drops.
Diabetics are affected easily with eye infection. They should keep their hands clean by regular washing. The items likes handkerchief and clothes used by the eye-infected should not be used by others.
The virus affecting this time is entirely different in nature. Research is undertaken to find suitable curing medicines.
