75 to 80% of potential unit buyers are youngsters
In the older days, buying a house was a complete dream that were possible only after years of savings. But now, the scenario is completely changed. According to Suresh Krishnan, secretary, CREDAI, nearly 75 to 80% of the potential unit buyers belong to the age group, 27 to 33 years. It is clear that the reason behind this is the boom in IT sector that happened in the past 5 or 6 years.
