High Court order for Removing the Shivaji Statue in Chennai Marina Beach

The Chennai High Court has placed its order to remove the Shivaji Statue in Marine beach. High court placed this order after sited the case filed by Srinivasan, a Chennai resident.
This case was filed, asking for the removal of the Shivaji Statue which impeded the transportation. Another party of Shivaji Ganesan society forum, has argued for not to remove the statue.
After analyzing the applications, the Judges Agni Hothri and Sasidaran have ordered to remove the statue. High court ordered the government to remove the Shivaji statue as soon as possible.
