Special instructions by cops to the general public

The Chennai city police have issued special instructions to all the hotels, clubs and resorts in the city to follow during New Year celebrations:
The hotels should check vehicles entering and maintain a register to record the details of the vehicles,The pool area to be cordoned off,Food and liquor to stop being served at 2am,Authorities to assign more security to prevent sexual harassment, People consuming alcohol should not be allowed to drive,Proper parking areas should be designated.,Vehicles parked on the road will be removed
