A new welcome facility announced by Indian Railways

Indian Railways have introduced a new facility for using a railway ticket booked under a particular individual�s name by the individual�s relatives.
Using this facility, any relative of the individual in whose name the ticket was booked can use and travel. This change of person has to be informed to the Railway supervisor 24 hours in advance by written application.
This facility is also extended for group travels for attending marriages, etc. It is also proposed to extend this facility for official trips as well for the government employees. If the individual who booked the ticket cannot undertake the journey due to some unavoidable reasons, the ticket can be transferred to another name. A senior official has to endorse this request.
Even the students who have booked tickets for travel can get it transferred to other students with approval/permission from the principal/headmaster. However, this has to be intimated 48 hours in advance.
