2026 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Likely to Launch in India This Month with New Upgrades

Royal Enfield is expected to launch the 2026 Guerrilla 450 in India later this month with several updates, including an improved rear suspension, new features, and refreshed colour options. Similar to the updated Hunter 350 introduced earlier, the new Guerrilla 450 is likely to focus on enhancing ride comfort and overall performance.

The motorcycle was originally launched in July 2024 in Analogue, Dash, and Flash variants. Following the implementation of GST 2.0, its ex-showroom price has been revised to ₹2.56 lakh  ₹2.72 lakh.

One of the most anticipated upgrades is the reworked rear suspension, addressing feedback from riders who found the existing setup too stiff on uneven roads. Reports also suggest that cruise control could be offered as a standard feature, while USD front forks may replace the current telescopic suspension to further improve handling.

Mechanically, the bike is expected to retain the 452cc single-cylinder, liquid cooled Sherpa engine, producing 39.7 bhp of power and 40 Nm of torque. The engine will continue to be paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a slipper clutch.

The Guerrilla 450 features a 780 mm seat height, making it more accessible than the Himalayan 450, along with a 1,440 mm wheelbase for better urban handling. It comes with an 11-litre fuel tank, 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in dual-purpose radial tyres, and dual-channel ABS with disc brakes at both ends.

Once launched, the updated 2026 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 will continue to compete with rivals such as the Triumph Speed 400 and Harley Davidson X440 in the premium roadster segment.
