Posted on: 30/Nov/2013 10:58:54 AM
Come December and Chennai is all set for a power cut of two hours. The cuts induced by a series of shut downs of various power plants and the poor monsoon would continue until the power crisis is solved.

The city will face a power cut of two hours between 8 am to 6 pm from December 2. The impending cuts, however, spell good news for several parts of the State which have been reeling under 6-7 hour power cuts for the last few weeks. The power cuts in these parts will reduce to about 4 hours from December, according to sources within the TNEB.
