Silambattam to Return to Theatres
Actor Silambarasan (Simbu)’s 2008 film Silambattam is all set to make a comeback on the big screen. The makers have officially announced that the film will be re-released in theatres.
Silambarasan is one of the prominent actors in Tamil cinema, known for successful films such as Kadhal Azhivathillai, Dum, Kuthu, Manmadhan, Vallavan, and Maanaadu. He is currently acting in Arasan, directed by Vetrimaaran.
Directed by S. Saravanan, Silambattam featured Simbu alongside Prabhu, Sana Khan, and Sneha in key roles. The film’s music, composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, was widely popular and received strong appreciation from audiences at the time of its release.
The production house has confirmed that Silambattam will be re-released on February 6. Following the announcement, fans of Simbu have expressed excitement and are looking forward to watching the film again in theatres.
