Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.
Age Limit (as on 31-12-2025): 30 to 45 years.
Experience Requirements
- Manager: Minimum 5 years of banking experience (Assistant Manager or above).
- Senior Manager: Minimum 8 years of experience, including 4 years in a managerial role.
- AVP: Minimum 10 years of experience, including 6 years in a managerial role and 2 years as a Senior Manager.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through a Personal Interview, conducted either in person or via video call.
