Gold Prices Drop Again in Chennai; Evening Rates Show Further Decline

Chennai witnessed a continued decline in gold prices on Friday (14.11.2025). In the morning, the price of gold fell by ₹60 per gram, bringing the drop to ₹480 per sovereign. One sovereign was priced at ₹94,720, while 1 gram of 22K gold stood at ₹11,840.
The price of 24K pure gold was recorded at ₹12,916 per gram in the morning session.
Evening Update: Gold Rate Falls Further
By evening, gold prices dropped again, this time by ₹100 per gram, bringing the revised rate to:
22K Gold (1 gram): ₹11,740
22K Gold (1 sovereign): ₹93,920
Silver Rates Remain Unchanged
There was no change in silver prices during the evening update.
