Rain Likely in Parts of Tamil Nadu from Oct 31 to Nov 5 - IMD Forecast

The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) has predicted moderate rainfall in isolated places across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal from Friday (Oct 31) till November 5, due to variations in easterly wind flow.
In Chennai, the sky is expected to remain partly cloudy on Friday (Oct 31).
A new low-pressure area is likely to form over the Andaman Sea and adjoining central-east Arabian Sea on Saturday (Nov 1), which may move west-northwestwards during the following two days, the IMD added.
