Important!! - Those aspirants who are preparing for UPSC Mains can get Rs 25000 by this process!!
Yesterday, the Tamil Nadu government has issued a statement. According to that, Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation in association with All India Civil Services Examination Centre would be providing superb training and other facilities to the aspirants who are studying for Union Public Service Commission or UPSC. It has been mentioned that under this scheme 1000 civil aspirants would be selected every year by means of an assessment test. Each aspirant would be provided Rs 7500/month for 10 months to prepare for preliminary exam. It is said that those who pass the preliminary exam would be given Rs 25000 as an incentive. This scheme is being implemented from 2023 onwards with the financial allocation of Rs 10 cr.
Under the TN Skill Development Corporation, Naan Mudhalvan Competitive Examination unit is operating. It is now brought out that Rs 25000 would be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the students through the Naan Mudhalvan Competitive Exam Unit
When to apply and last date details:
From today, 21st June 2025, those students who have passed UPSC preliminary exam in the current year can apply. The last date for receiving applications is 2nd July 2025.
