Foundation stone laid for construction of important works in the temple in TN at a cost of Rs 217!!

The chief minister of TN Mr. M.K. Stalin grabbed the attention of many when he laid the foundation stone for the construction of temples across Tamil Nadu.

It is worthy to note here that at the Tiruttani Subramanya Swami Temple for Rs 86.7 cr, construction of alms giving house, construction of place for puja items, an entrance gate with intrinsic carvings plus a connecting link between 9 storey Rajagopuram and road works have begun.

In the Trichy district Kumaravayalur Subramanya Swami temple, for Rs 30.3cr, construction of a community hall, 1lakh litre water tank, toilets, bathrooms, hair donation hall, plus construction of alms giving house and pond renovation etc would be carried out.

In Palani based Dhandayuthapani Temple, for Rs 14.5 cr, an additional administrative building and in Bhavaniamman Templa in Periapalayam at a cost of Rs 12.3 cr a  7 tier Rajagopuram and a 5 tiered Rajagopuram would be constructed.

It must be taken into note that yesterday the chief minister of TN laid the foundation stone for 49 projects worth Rs 217 cr via video conferencing process.

Moreover, the chief minister of TN also inaugurated buildings worth Rs 21 cr. This included assistant commissioner office and 15 inspector offices, marriage mandapams and hair donation places in 16 temples.
