Inauguration of 4-lane roads and new flyovers in Tamil Nadu!!
On behalf of the Highways department, an amount of Rs 499 cr has been used to construct 4lane roads and new flyovers in Tamil Nadu. The chief minister of TN Mr. M.K. Stalin inaugurated these and grabbed the attention.
In the Namakkal district, Malliyakarai- Rasipuram, Tiruchengode-Erode Road, has been upgraded into a 4 lane road at a cost of Rs 424.38 cr.
Similarly in the Madurai district, a flyover has been constructed at Rs 68.38 cr to replace railway crossing at Pazhanganatham.
In the Melpakkam in Ranipet district, at a cost of Rs 6.32 cr resettlement housing has been constructed for the tribal people.
The total cost for all these works was Rs 499.08 cr and the works have been completed fully now. In this scenario, the chief minister of TN Mr. M.K. Stalin inaugurated these through video conferencing methods at the Secretariat.
Others who made their presence felt were Highways minister, Mr. Velu, IT minister Mr. Thiagarajan etc.
