Tamilnadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa announces cash award to cop

A cash award reward of Rs One lakh to S Subash Srinivasan, Head Constable attached to Special Unit, Criminal Investigation Department, Ramanathapuram district was announced by Tamilnadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.
Subash Srinivasan saved two lives - Vasanthi and her niece Maheswari, who accidently fell into a well in Devipatti village at Ramanathapuram district recently.
The Chief Minister in her appreciation note said the reward was announced in appreciation of the policeman`s selfless deed and brave act.
