Chennai airport ceiling comes down for the sixth time in 3 months

The new terminal of the Chennai Airport was built recently at a cost of Rs 2015 Crores. This newly airport has ultra modern had domestic terminal and international terminal. Indian Vice President Hameed Hansari inaugurated these terminals during the month of January. The domestic terminal became operational from March. There is departure lounge on the first floor and arrive at the ground floor.
Yesterday evening passengers bound for Bangalore, Madurai and Hyderabad were waiting to collect the boarding cards. At the time the ceiling crashed down with a thunderous noise. Passengers who were scared started running away. Because of this the giving of the boarding passes was suspended for 20 minutes. The ceiling crashed for 5 times during the last 2 months. Yesterday it was the sixth time.
